Promotion of Cris Shaw to Vice President of WCS Construction, LLC

Washington, DC (December, 2016) – Jim Anglemyer, President of WCS Construction, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Cristopher Shaw to Vice President.

Cris came on board with WCS Construction, LLC in January of 2015, and during his short two year tenure has secured a valuable new client for the company. Cris is currently heading up the WCS project team at our Windmill Parc III project in Dulles, Virginia our Pike and Rose Block 6 project in Rockville, MD and our 901 H Street project in Washington, DC.

Cris has over 20 years of experience in the local construction market including estimating, project management, site supervision, procurement of new work, and operations management.  The types of projects he has overseen and managed include mostly multi-family residential apartments and condominiums, retail, mixed-use, senior living, and commercial office projects.

Prior to starting his career in construction he served in the U.S. Air Force as a United States Presidential Honor Guardsman and is a Desert Storm Veteran. Graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and was US Federal Officer and is a UMUC graduate.
