Agora at The Collective

Agora at The Collective New Jersey at H, at 800 New Jersey Avenue, SE is an 11-story luxury apartment building on top of a Whole Foods supermarket located 3 blocks from the Navy Yard Metro station with direct views of the U.S. Capitol. Designed by SK+I Architectural Design Group, LLC the 336-unit 400,473 gross square foot building not only provides housing and a ground-floor Whole Foods supermarket but also includes a 3-story entrance lobby, commercial kitchen for cooking demonstrations with master chefs, a fitness area, rooftop infinite pool, retail, and three 66,193 square foot underground parking levels with two 43,000 square foot elevated decks of parking for the grocery store. I have worked with WCS Construction Company for the past ten years on multi- family housing projects in the Washington DC Metro area and have found them to be reliable, honest, and knowledgeable of both high- and low-rise structures.
