NHP Selects WCS Construction for the Renovation of Takoma Place Apartments

Washington, DC (January 2019) – NHP Selects WCS Construction, LLC 0for the renovation of Takoma Place Apartments in the Brightwood neighborhood of Washington, DC.

Designed by Studio K Architecture, the 106-unit project includes significant upgrades with new kitchens, bathrooms, energy upgrades, windows, appliances, HVAC, new plumbing and electrical, as well as a new community center.

The project has a targeted completion date of February 2020.
