TW Neighoff promoted to Director of Field Operations

Washington, DC (September 2020) – WCS Construction, LLC is pleased to announce the recent promotion of TW Neighoff to Director of Field Operations

“Since joining WCS Construction in 2018 as Sr. Superintendent, TW has continually shown his leadership skills, most recently as one of the leaders helping to bring the 901 H Street project to completion, working with our client, the design team, subcontractors, and his coworkers.  TW was recently recognized in February by the American Subcontractor’s Association for his leadership skills, receiving a Subby Award for “Superintendent of the Year”.  The 901 H Street team also won a Subby Award for “Great Team”!” D. In this newly created role, TW will be focusing on WCS Construction’s ongoing efforts to continually improve the quality of our construction services by developing, implementing, and training on processes primarily focused on field operations.  He will also assist the project teams in setting up their projects for success and provide consulting to our preconstruction and estimating efforts as they relate to the field.  TW brings a lot of practical knowledge and desire to improve our processes as well as a passion for teaching and coaching others.
