Occupied renovation of a 259-unit apartment building to include electrical, replacement of unit feeders, risers, and individual metering, along with new HVAC units, and hot water heater replacement for 60% of the units.  All kitchens, bathrooms, and common stairwells were renovated along with the rental office, the Make-a-Difference Teen Center, and five laundry rooms.
