Modernization of Petworth Station Apartments

Washington, DC (February 2019) – WCS Construction, LLC has been awarded the modernization of Petworth Station Apartments, Washington, DC.

Designed by Stoiber & Associates, the 3 building, 78-unit renovation, and 10-unit addition includes significant upgrades with a new roof, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, energy upgrades, windows, appliances, HVAC, new plumbing and electrical, as well as a new community space and leasing office.

Modernization will follow the guidelines of DC Green Communities with a targeted completion date of October 2020.
