This project features total building renovation of a three-building historic apartment complex, inclusive of new installations of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, roofs, elevators, and flooring. The electrical and mechanical work for this project required new electrical services, a new HVAC system, and fire alarm systems. Wheelchair lifts were added to the lobbies. Montgomery Arms Apartments featured historic tax credits and included lead paint and asbestos removal.
