Occupied renovation of 202 units of 20 three-story garden-style apartments to include replacement with all new HVAC systems, cabinets, vanities, faucets, countertops, ceramic tile floors, shower surrounds, light fixtures, and kitchen floors.  Appliance upgrades, new hot water heaters, carpet, entry doors, hardware, electrical and plumbing repairs were performed as needed.  The site work included extensive landscaping, ornamental iron fencing, site concrete, and renovations to the parking facilities. The building exterior work included all new roofing systems, new windows, shutters, and masonry restoration. Construction of a new rental office and laundry facilities were also provided. All work was performed while the units remained occupied without relocating the residents.
