Theodore (TW) Neighoff

Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Theodore (TW) Neighoff will lead WCS Construction’s ongoing efforts of continually improving the quality of our construction services by developing, implementing, and training on processes primarily focused on field operations.  TW also assists the project teams in setting up their projects for success and provides consulting to our preconstruction and estimating efforts as they relate to the field.  In the construction industry since 1994, TW brings a lot of practical knowledge and desire to improve our processes as well as a passion for teaching and coaching others.   TW was recognized in February 2020 by the American Subcontractor’s Association for his leadership skills, receiving a Subby Award for “Superintendent of the Year”.
