Mr. Skinner, a Purdue graduate, has over 43 years of experience in the DC area construction market, serving in senior leadership roles at other leading companies, in the Washington, DC region. He joined WCS Construction in April 2023 as senior vice president and has focused on strategic planning and improving processes and procedures. In his new capacity, Skinner will direct all facets of the company’s operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Purdue University. He completed an Executive Leadership Program at the London School of Business and IMD Top Executive program. He also is chair and facilitator of Young Leaders Leadership Insight Group,
