Erin Cestero, MBA

Business Unit Leader

Erin has over 17 years of design and construction experience in the many facets of the built environment.  Erin earned a BS in Architecture from The University of Virginia in 2005 and also an MBA from The University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2021.  She has served as a Graduate Architect and a Building Plans Reviewer/Architectural Designer for two local architectural firms, a Senior Preconstruction Manager for another local general contractor, and a Construction Manager for a large local developer.

As the primary, continuous point of contact for select new and existing clients, Erin is also responsible for sourcing, cultivating, and maintaining client relationships.   She provides entrepreneurial direction within an assigned portfolio of projects.   In addition to the external role as a solution provider, Erin has an important internal role as the leader of the cross-functional project pursuit and project delivery team.
