Chris Evans

Vice President of Operations

Chris brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years in the industry. His expertise spans commercial, mixed-use/retail, design-build, multi-family, and residential contracting in the Washington Metro area.  With a Bachelor of Science degree from Lynchburg University, as VP of Operations, he will work in partnership to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet our current and future needs.  Equally as important, he will be collaborating with preconstruction and development to help facilitate and realize the vision of future projects while continuing to build vendor relationships along the way.
