Vice President of Preconstruction and Project Controls
Mr. Jackson, a Rochester Institute of Technology graduate in Rochester, New York, holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he has successfully overseen several multi-family mixed-used projects from concept to construction in the Mid-Atlantic region. In his role as the Vice President of Preconstruction and Project Controls, he will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of daily management, supervision, coordination, pricing, and successful completion of the preconstruction phase to meet the established objectives for contracting, scheduling, cost analysis, bidding for assigned projects and project controls, such as project plan, schedule, resources, and potential risks.
