Total gut and rehabilitation of existing 117,134 SF 10-story nursing center into 100 luxury rental apartments. The project consisted of new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems with a mix of efficiency, one and two-bedroom units. The amenity package included a rooftop deck, club room, fitness center, theater, and high-end products.
