WCS Construction was established in 2001 owned by Chris Smith. As WCS Construction grew in size and acquired seasoned personnel, we were called on by other developers for their project’s construction services. This exposure enabled WCS Construction to seek growth by servicing third party clients. This third party work has grown to more than 75% of WCS Construction's activity as we continue to expand.

President Jim Anglemyer

Mr. Anglemyer, holds contract authority for the office of WCS Construction, LLC and is responsible for general corporate oversight. During all phases of the construction process, he interacts as needed with owners, architects, engineers and the entire WCS Construction team to ensure projects remain on schedule, under budget and are managed with the highest level of quality. Mr. Anglemyer brings over 30 years experience to the company.

Vice President of Estimating, Fred DiPietro

Mr. DiPietro has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and is responsible for the estimating department. His responsibilities include preconstruction services, due diligence reports, conceptual estimating and preparation of complete bid packages. He is capable of complete AIA 16 divisions, in house pricing, value engineering and review of plans for constructability.

We pride ourselves in being involved in the projects early to avoid the delays and costs of redesign by having to value engineer a project too late in the process
